Classic Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:
- 400g of spaghetti
- 150g of pancetta
- 4 large eggs
- 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Frying pan
- Mixing bowl
- Fork
- Stirring spoon
- Measuring cup
Instructions:
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the diced pancetta. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of the pasta water and drain the rest. Quickly add the hot spaghetti to the frying pan with pancetta and remove from the heat.
- Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and toss quickly to combine. Add reserved pasta water a little at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
